Our founder, Thida, a Qualified Accountant, Winner of King Gibson Lewis Certified Practising Accountants (CPA) Prize, a Registered BAS Agent Bookkeeper, Member of Australian Bookkeeper Network, wants to give business owners an ethical and personalised bookkeeping experiences where each of E-ABS’s client will be provided with quality bookkeeping services at an affordable fixed-fee package from Australian qualified bookkeepers who will help and guide the business owner in their business journey to success and sustainability efficiently.

We service Mango Hill, North Lakes, Redcliffe, Griffin, Strathpine, Kallangur, Deception Bay, Lawnton, Bowen Hill, Brisbane and all over Australia to our clients who are individual, company, trust, partnership and not-for-profit.

Our service include bank reconciliation, processing payroll, PAYG tax,  BAS preparation, BAS review, Pay As You Go Instalment (PAYGI), Fuel Tax Credit, BAS lodgement, Single Touch Payroll (STP), CompanySet up, Xero, MYOB and QBO files set up, ABN registration and cancellation, preparation of superannuation through ATO Small Business Clearing House (SBCH), and through MYOB, Xero, QBO, Keypay, Auto Superannuation, Payroll Tax, End of Year Processing and reconciliation, Taxable Payment Annual Report (TPAR), Financial Reports include Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss report and more. We can also customise financial report for your business, your bank and your Accountant. We also process client/customer invoice/Accounts Receivable, client/debtor report and collection and, process bill/purchase/Accounts Payable/Supplier/creditor invoice and provide supplier report, organise payment, and liaising with supplier. We also provide client training, calculate workcover insurance premium and carryout annual workcover return, QLeave report, general bookkeeping, and administrative duties.

CEO
Thida has been working in Accounts since 1999 and has worked in many different roles from Executive Assistant, Assistant Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Compliance Officer, Operation Manager, BAS Agent, Company Accountant and Principal in small businesses, government to large corporations ranging from design, building & construction, utilities, community service, childcare and farming. Thida brings with her a wealth of experiences in Business, Accounting and Bookkeeping and is focusing in helping small businesses to grow and succeed ethically and efficiently.
David
IT Manager.
David assists E-ABS and its customers in all IT need and cloud-set up and Add-on. David is very experienced in many different software, system and Apps. David’s background is in Engineering, Technical and Information & Technology and has worked in small to large corporations assisting businesses over 20 years in setting up complete IT system and ensuring that the business run smoothly.
Sophea
Finance Officer
Sophea graduated from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Bachelor of Accounting and is E-ABS’s Finance Officer and also assist E-ABS customers in all bookkeeping need. Sophea has both Accounting & Bookkeeping experiences working across many industries including farming, community services, financial services,building & construction and design. Sophea is a flexible and versatile professional and is very knowledgeable with the cloud system and Apps. Sophea  is proficient using Xero and MYOB.
